The hospital offers valet parking for a flat fee.

Bring your tests. If you have recent lab work (3 to 6 months), bring it. It's not mandatory: if you don't have any, I'll tell you which ones you need at the visit.
Medication list. Write down the medications and supplements you currently take, with doses. It helps avoid interactions and understand your current status.
